Clean Kanz Growing Giveaway — Official Rules

1. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

2. Eligibility
The Clean Kanz Growing Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Marshall County, Alabama, age 18 or older at the time of the applicable monthly drawing.
Employees, owners, and immediate household members of Clean Kanz are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Monthly Giveaway Period
The Growing Giveaway is conducted monthly.
The first giveaway period begins September 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. CT and ends September 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CT.
A potential winner for the September giveaway will be randomly selected on or about October 1, 2026.
Future giveaway periods will generally begin on the first calendar day and end on the final calendar day of each month.

4. How to Enter
An eligible individual may qualify for each monthly drawing through either of the following methods:
Facebook Follower: Be a current follower of the official Clean Kanz Facebook page at the end of the applicable monthly giveaway period.
Active Recurring Customer: Be an active Clean Kanz Monthly or Quarterly recurring-service customer at the end of the applicable monthly giveaway period.
Each eligible individual is limited to one entry per monthly drawing, regardless of entry method.
Being both a Facebook follower and an active recurring customer does not provide an additional entry.
No purchase is required. Purchasing Clean Kanz services does not provide additional entries or increase the chances of winning.
Sharing a post, tagging another person, liking a post, or otherwise promoting Clean Kanz is appreciated but is not required for entry and does not provide additional entries.

5. Growing Prize
The prize value for each monthly drawing is determined by the total follower count displayed on the official Clean Kanz Facebook page at the end of the applicable monthly giveaway period.
0–149 followers: $50 Walmart Gift Card
150–299 followers: $100 Walmart Gift Card
300–499 followers: $150 Walmart Gift Card
500 or more followers: $200 Walmart Gift Card
The maximum monthly prize value is $200.
Followers located outside Marshall County may contribute to the total Facebook follower count used to determine the prize amount, but they are not eligible to win unless they satisfy all eligibility requirements.

6. Potential Winner Selection
One potential winner will be randomly selected from the eligible entries received for the applicable monthly giveaway.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.
Selection does not make an individual an official winner until eligibility has been verified.
If a selected potential winner is determined to be ineligible or fails to complete reasonable eligibility verification, Clean Kanz may randomly select an alternate potential winner.

7. Eligibility Verification
Before a prize is awarded, a potential winner may be required to provide reasonable information or documentation establishing:
Identity
Age of 18 or older
Residency in Marshall County, Alabama
Qualification as a Facebook follower or active recurring customer, as applicable
Clean Kanz will request only information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility.
Acceptable proof of residency may include a valid government-issued identification or other reasonable documentation showing the potential winner’s name and Marshall County residence.
A potential winner should not be required to provide unnecessary sensitive information. When appropriate, information not needed for eligibility verification may be obscured.
Failure or refusal to reasonably establish eligibility may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner.

8. Winner Notification
Clean Kanz will attempt to privately contact the potential winner using reasonably available contact information.
The potential winner must respond and complete any required eligibility verification within seven (7) calendar days of the initial notification.
If the potential winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted, declines the prize, or fails eligibility verification, Clean Kanz may select an alternate potential winner.
Clean Kanz will never require payment, banking information, credit-card information, or a fee to claim a giveaway prize.

9. Prize
The verified winner will receive a Walmart Gift Card in the amount determined by the applicable follower-count tier.
The prize may not be exchanged for cash through Clean Kanz. Any applicable tax obligations associated with accepting the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

10. Publicity
Where permitted by law, Clean Kanz may ask a verified winner for permission to announce the winner’s name on its Facebook page or other business channels.
No additional compensation will be provided for such an announcement.

11. General Conditions
Clean Kanz reserves the right to disqualify individuals who attempt to manipulate the promotion, use fraudulent or duplicate accounts for entry, provide false eligibility information, or otherwise circumvent these Official Rules.
Clean Kanz may modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the giveaway from being conducted fairly or as intended, subject to applicable law.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that Facebook is not responsible for the administration of the promotion.
This promotion is also not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Walmart. Walmart is not responsible for administering the giveaway or selecting winners.

The Clean Kanz Growing Giveaway is sponsored and administered by Clean Kanz, a locally owned business serving Marshall County, Alabama.
